The Japanese government introduced a new subsidized childcare system starting from October 2019. As a registered "Ninka-gai" childcare facility, our school is not included in the free tuition scheme. However, children in grades K3 to K5 (3 to 5 years old on April 1st) whose need for childcare is recognized from their city of residence are eligible to receive a subsidy of up to 37,000 yen per month as a partial reimbursement for childcare expenses.

Below are some of the most common reasons for a child's need for childcare to be recognized:

• Parents/Guardians are working more than 64 hours/month or are job seeking
• Parent/Guardian is pregnant or has recently given birth
• Parents/Guardians are in school or training
• Parents/Guardians are taking care of sick or disabled family members

当園は神奈川県監督基準を満たしている認可外保育施設（私設保育施設）として受理されています。 2019年10月からの幼児教育・保育無償化の新制度で、無償化は対象外になりますが、お住まいの市に「保育の必要性」が認められた 年少～年長クラスの方は月37,000円までの給付金の対象になります。

保育の必要性の認定の主な理由は下記のとおりです：

• 保護者が月64時間以上勤務されていること、もしくは求職中であること
• 保護者の妊娠・出産
• 保護者が教育・トレーニング中であること
• 保護者が病気・障害を持っている家族の方の介護をしていること
